Shipping Policies

  • All meds are shipped from our Asia facilities and generally take about 5-16 business days to be received from the moment the order is shipped
  • USPS Trackable Shipping (5-16 business days) is $25 per each meds pack.
  • We do not process orders on Weekends and Holidays
  • Please allow 72 hours for processing before order ships (weekends excluded)
  • If extra identification is required to process you order, please calculate arrival time starting 24 hours after information has been successfully received by our billing department
  • If billing information or shipping addresses are incomplete, calculate arrival time starting 24 hours from the time the correct information has been supplied to our billing department
  • Orders with more than 90+ pills may be sent in multiple shipments and they may not arrive the same day
  • If billing and shipping address are different we will ask for further identification and email will be sent with instructions
  • If your order does not arrive within 21 business days from the moment the order was sent, we will reship the order without any extra cost, as long as the address provided was correct
  • We reserve the right to ship out the medications based on their availability and will use our discretion to choose between our certified suppliers

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that you input a valid shipping address in your order form. We strongly recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product (since the package can\'t be returned to sender) and will be at the expense of the customer. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us as within 12 hours to inform us by phone or live chat support.

  • VERIFYING - means your transaction is waiting for the funds to go through.
  • PENDING - means your order is waiting for APPROVAL on the website.
  • APPROVED - means your order was confirmed and forwarded to a transportation company for processing and shipping.
  • SHIPPED - means your order was ACCEPTED by a shipping company (such as USPS), tracking number assigned and order is in process to be dispatched.
  • RESHIPPED - means your order was RE-SENT for some reasons (non-delivery, missing quantity etc).
  • CANCELED - means your order was not yet paid and canceled for some reasons.
  • REFUND - means your order payment was refunded and it usually takes 2-4 weeks for the funds to be returned.
  • CHARGEBACK - means you are NOT allowed to order on our website
